Welcome to the baddie Show
From powersuits to racesuits
Brooke Hawkins
My name is Brooke Hawkins, a lifelong motorsport enthusiast and offroad driver. For my entire life I have been exposed to the automotive industry, as my grandmother is a retired employee of JEEP and Chrysler of nearly 46 years. I spent most of my youth, racing, riding quads, off-roading and breaking things, then fixing them. I work full time for one of the world’s largest financial institutions, directly designing military programs and working with our active-duty military personnel. I travel multiple times throughout the year to automotive events (see events page) to either showcase builds I’ve worked on, my personal rides, or to compete. I am based out of Tampa, FL, but spend much of the year, traveling, to different events or working out of other shops on custom builds. I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a business development resource for automotive industry leaders and assist in RDing of new products and marketing. I am to lead a multifaceted approach to my life in the automotive industry. I’ve never been tied down to any one singular part in the motorsports industry- if it has an engine and wheels/tires, ill drive it.
The intentions of my presence on social media, and marketing in general, is to continue to engage and promote females in the motorsport industry. Breaking the social norms of women doing badass things- like building cars, racing, offroading- getting dirty, and being able to handle their own is important to me. I like to show the possibilities of being a mom, a full-time corporate employee, but still being a total baddie. Its totally okay to wear heels, do your hair and makeup, and get dirty, muddy and greasy at the same time. You can look like a total bombshell and work you’re a** off at the same time!
One thing I am known for is my corporate influencer presence, especially amongst the military community. I am a Linkedin Top Voice, and by trade I am a public speaker that often finds herself in the halls of congress, The Pentagon, or sitting in New York City offices. By 5pm, you’ll find me in the shop, wrenching on vehicles, and designing new vehicle concepts; when Friday hits, I trade the power suits for the fire suit, and am usually traveling for an event, race or competition. Living a multidimensional life is exciting, and enjoy showing that it can in fact, be done. Trade the heels for work boots and have some fun.
